I was initially brought in to optimize frontend performance and maintainability, which included advanced bundling, lazy loading, and a complete refactor of the CSS architecture.
After joining full-time, I led the development of the browser extension and continued contributing across the stack — enhancing user workflows and platform scalability.

What was needed
I was initially brought in to optimize bao’s frontend application, improving performance through advanced tooling and a complete CSS architecture overhaul. After proving impact, I joined full-time and took over development of the browser extension following the CTO’s departure, while continuing to contribute across the full stack.
My contributions
- Led the development of a browser extension integrated with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Built and maintained key features on the web platform using Vue.js and Django
- Implemented REST APIs and secure data flows between the extension and core app
- Improved UX and interface performance across key user workflows

- Reduced manual CRM entry by over 80%, saving reps hours per week
